Harrison County Firstcall Emergency Registration The Firstcall Emergency Notification Citizen Registration page has been setup by the Harrison County Emergency Management Agency so that residents that do not have hard line phone service can add needed information of a home residence for emergency notification. On occasions, the local police, fire, sheriff or emergency management agencies may need to send an emergency message out to a geographic area. If a resident does not have a hard line telephone number, the emergency message is not received. You can register your cell phone number to your home address and the information is then added to the map if and when an emergency message would be sent. This information is only changed by the person registering and no information is shared.
